CANCELLATIONS

Please note, anyone registered for class is expected to cancel their registration at least one-hour ahead of scheduled class time. If a student fails to cancel a registration and does not attend, we will send them a polite reminder about this policy. After the second instance of no-show without de-registration/cancellation, a $10 no-show fee will be charged

for each class they no-show without notification. Cancellations can be made through Momence or emailing the studio.

Please be considerate of your fellow yogi’s by freeing-up a space for others when you know you cannot attend.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

On some occasions, it becomes necessary to close the studio due to inclement weather. If a class is canceled due to inclement weather we will make an announcement on our Facebook and Instagram pages, and the class will show as canceled on our schedule. We recommend, during inclement weather, that you check before heading to class. Additionally, we will send an email to all students who are preregistered for the class. Any cancellations will try to be made at least 1 hour in advance of the start of class.
