With years of experience in the professional world, Jeanie understands the challenges of balancing career, family, and personal health. That perspective shapes her teaching style, which emphasizes intentional movement, breath awareness, and mindful pacing as powerful tools for managing stress and building resilience in everyday life.
Holding both an MBA and an RYT-500 certification, Jeanie specializes in yoga therapeutics, integrating her studies in anatomy and functional accessibility to support long-term physical well-being.
