ABOUT SAMANTHA


My passion for yoga began in 2008 when a running injury forced me to slow down. Looking for an alternative way to move my body, I found yoga. Quickly it became a steady practice in my life, healing my body and soul. Yoga is now a foundational part of my training as a runner, and triathlete, that has helped me achieve my endurance running goals in addition to finding my own inner peace.


What I love most about Yoga is how this practice has the ability to meet you where you are and give you the tools to connect with yourself. Yoga will aid you in
being mindful of your soul and body.


On my journey to an RYT 200 I have learned from multiple yoga teachers, with the primary instruction of Active Kat Yoga where I completed my certification in 2018.


Now, here in Columbia, I am excited to start this new journey as a teacher at Lotus Hot Yoga and being able to share my yoga journey with you. See you on your mat
