ABOUT RENEE

Movement has always been a part of my life—from competitive swimming and figure skating to distance running after college, where I was constantly chasing new personal records and pushing my limits. Yoga, though, wasn’t love at first pose.

After running injuries led me to hot power vinyasa, I discovered a different kind of challenge—one rooted in presence, focus, and connection. What started as a form of recovery gradually evolved into a deeper practice, inspiring me to earn my 200-hour yoga certification in 2015 and, most recently, complete Sumits Yoga Sculpt teacher training.

Outside the studio, I work full-time in healthcare leading internal communications, and yoga has become my reset—a space to reconnect, recharge, and return to myself. In my classes, I aim to create dynamic, intentional sequences that inspire challenge, curiosity, and self-awareness, because the more we tune in, the more we learn about ourselves.
